Description
The Fiber Optic Connector Production Operator assembles and processes fiber-optic connectors, performs optical inspection using microscopes and insertion-loss and return-loss testers, maintains clean production areas, operates and maintains equipment, records production and inspection data, and reports abnormalities. The role requires rotating 12-hour day-and-night shifts, with day shifts from 08:00 to 20:00 and night shifts from 20:00 to 08:00, and may require temporary assignment to the optical cable workshop during low Connectivity business activity.
