Description
HDR is hiring a Connectivity Engineer II to independently support and operate enterprise connectivity across office LAN/WAN, branch networks, wireless, firewalls, SD-WAN, and cloud-connected edge environments. The role troubleshoots complex network incidents, implements approved infrastructure changes, supports hybrid connectivity among offices, private cloud, datacenters, and public cloud services, participates in lifecycle upgrades and migrations, maintains technical documentation, guides Connectivity Engineer I team members, and provides on-call support for 24/7 operations. The position is on-site with standard shifts between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday, plus scheduled off-hours on-call coverage.
