Wiser Educação is hiring an Operations Coordinator to lead the B2B Operations team supporting Conquer InCompany training programs. The role manages training project delivery, in-person and online logistics, recorded courses, Conquer Plus for Business client support, teacher payments, and data analysis; it also leads team development, monitors operational continuity, analyzes metrics, manages risks, and coordinates with peer teams and clients. The position requires at least two years of direct team leadership experience, training and development knowledge, and enterprise-client experience, with process automation, project management, and B2B project experience preferred.
