Description
The Corrugated Box Machine Operator performs manufacturing tasks on corrugated-box production equipment, maintains product quality, checks box dimensions and material defects, leads machine-crew setups and changeovers, troubleshoots machine issues, and completes reports. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, safety awareness, teamwork, shift flexibility, mechanical aptitude, and communication skills; prior corrugated-printing or packaging-manufacturing experience is preferred. Compensation is $18.00 per hour, with annual performance-based bonus, paid vacation, holidays, medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and 401(k) benefits.
