Description
Sunoco LP is seeking a business-oriented Counsel to join its North American legal team and support commercial, real estate, marketing, fuel distribution, operational, corporate transaction, and M&A matters across Canada and the United States. The role is intended for a lawyer with 2–3 years of post-call experience, preferably from a reputable law firm, who holds a Canadian law degree and is a member in good standing of a provincial bar. The position requires strong drafting, negotiation, legal analysis, communication, business judgment, prioritization, and independent-work skills; French-English bilingualism and real estate transaction experience are assets. Sunoco does not offer employment visa sponsorship.
