Description
PayPay is hiring a full-time IFRS Accounting Project Lead to lead the implementation of IFRS accounting policies and systems for a life insurance business within the PayPay Group. The role covers IFRS 17 policy formulation, system modifications, business-process and internal-control design, executive reporting, and stakeholder coordination. Candidates need 3–5+ years of relevant accounting, financial close, or insurance-accounting experience, with IFRS and insurance-accounting knowledge; experience modifying IFRS accounting systems, designing internal controls, or holding CPA or Actuary credentials is preferred. The position is hybrid in the Tokyo metropolitan area, with two days per week in the office.
