PayPay is hiring a full-time hybrid Accounting & Finance Manager to support consolidated accounting and disclosure, M&A accounting and financial due diligence, valuation, share transfer agreement review, and post-acquisition project management. The role leads integration of accounting policies, internal controls, and accounting systems, coordinates with finance strategy and business teams, and reports to executives. Candidates should have substantial accounting or audit experience, M&A or project-management experience, and strong IFRS knowledge; the position requires living in the Greater Tokyo area and attending the Tokyo Head Office twice per week.
