WindBorne Systems is hiring a Constellation Operations Engineer to own end-to-end operational performance across a rotating set of projects involving weather balloons, atmospheric data, radio ground stations, and other meteorological hardware. The role coordinates engineering, manufacturing, flight control, customers, and field teams; troubleshoots bugs; deploys new hardware; manages unusual operations; and communicates findings. The position is based in Redwood Shores, California, requires in-person work, and offers a $90,000–$120,000 salary plus health, dental, vision, retirement, stock option, and PTO benefits.
