The role manages multiple accounts, oversees procurement and construction project activities, reviews proposals and change requests, provides software training, supports billing and forecasting, and drives client retention and satisfaction. It requires a bachelor’s degree or comparable experience, extensive public construction procurement and contracting knowledge, and 5+ years of relevant experience; travel of 50–70% within Washington and Oregon is required.
