Thompson Thrift is hiring a Construction Accountant to manage financial processes for assigned multifamily construction projects. The role handles subcontractor payments, monthly billings, payables and receivables, financial activity review, documentation, accounting guidance, process improvement, and project financial reporting. Candidates need a high school diploma, 3+ years of accounting, finance, or related experience, and strong analytical, organizational, communication, and financial-reporting skills; an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred.
