Description
The role supports multiple construction projects by maintaining project files, contracts, purchase orders, change orders, insurance certificates, warranties, and close-out documents; processing subcontractor draws and supplier invoices; assigning cost codes; supporting budget and field operations; coordinating with vendors and subcontractors; and preparing monthly reports. It requires three years of construction accounts-payable experience, preferably three years with AIA contract documents, a high school diploma, Microsoft Office proficiency, and strong organizational and customer-service skills.
