Description
The Construction Administrator serves as The DesignGroup’s primary representative during the construction phase of projects, conducting site visits, documenting observations, managing RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, change orders, and bulletins, and leading Owner-Architect-Contractor meetings. The role coordinates with architects and consultants, reviews contractor payment applications, supports closeout activities, and represents the firm professionally with owners, contractors, consultants, and regulators. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 7–10 years of construction administration, observation, or coordination experience; healthcare project experience, LEED AP or WELL AP certification, and architectural registration or professional engineering credentials are preferred.
