Description

BRG's Construction Advisory practice seeks an experienced Consultant or Manager specializing in construction advisory services. The ideal candidate will perform detailed analyses of project schedule delays, cost overruns, productivity, contracts, and change order issues. They will also assist with data gathering, create and document work products, utilize software tools for solution development, maintain electronic databases, conduct thorough research, audit work products, and collaborate effectively within a team.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: Six or more years of experience in Construction advisory service.
Experience in handling construction defect analysis and/or delays, productivity analysis and claims/change order analysis.
Experience in investigative work focused on contractual claims and disputes.
Preferred Qualifications: Previous field experience on construction projects or working for a large general contractor as a project manager.
Proven capability with MS Excel and other statistical analysis programs such as SAS, SQL, SPSS, Stata, or R.
Commitment to producing high-quality analysis and attention to detail.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Desire to work within a team environment.
