Description
The employer is seeking an experienced multi-skilled construction worker for aftercare and after-sales service of buildings in the Hasselt region. The role covers plumbing, HVAC, tiling, interior carpentry, plastering, drywall, scheduled preventive maintenance, and repairs at government buildings, offices, schools, hospitals, hospitality venues, shops, and other sites. The worker prepares service reports, communicates with customers in Dutch, travels independently in a company car, and may work an on-call rotation every 8 to 10 weeks.
