Dexis is recruiting a Construction and Engineer, Program Design Specialist to provide embedded operational support to the U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of Political-Military Affairs, Office of Security Assistance. The role leads risk management, monitoring and evaluation, engineering assessments, program design, quality assurance, code compliance, schedule and cost control, and multi-project coordination for large-scale construction and infrastructure programs. It is based onsite in Washington, DC, requires U.S. citizenship and an active Secret clearance, and is contingent upon contract award.
