Description
LUZCO is hiring an Associate Construction & Outage Sequencer to support the planning, coordination, documentation, compliance, and execution of transmission and outage projects. The role involves communicating with project teams and stakeholders, preparing technical reports, monitoring job-site activity, conducting field audits, managing project documentation and data, coordinating activities, supporting change-order negotiations, and traveling up to 50% to project sites. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management with at least five years of relevant experience, or 10+ years of electric utility or renewable construction experience in lieu of a degree, along with construction-drawing interpretation, Microsoft Office proficiency, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and a valid driver’s license.
