Description
Tectareal is hiring a Construction and Project Controller, also described as a Civil Engineer or Architect, to manage client-representative tasks, structural and building-services maintenance, modernization measures, and specialist contractors. The role supports performance phases 1–9 under HOAI for tenant fit-outs, contributes to technical and business reports, and advises the property management team on property valuations, financial plans, and letting strategies. It is based in Frankfurt am Main with hybrid mobile work on up to two of five days and is available full-time or part-time.
