Thind Management is seeking a Construction & Project Manager to oversee new construction and renovation projects, primarily within the hospitality industry. The role is responsible for developing project plans, budgets, schedules, and resource allocations; coordinating architects, contractors, interior designers, hotel management, owners, and investors; managing costs, permits, quality control, inspections, documentation, and stakeholder communications; and ensuring projects meet building codes, safety standards, and quality requirements. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, hospitality-industry project management experience, construction knowledge, leadership and communication skills, and proficiency with project management tools.
