Description
The Program Director manages and administers an assigned education program, overseeing faculty hiring and development, student advising and progression, curriculum and learning-outcomes management, scheduling, accreditation compliance, and clinical or extern-site relationships. The role requires a relevant accredited degree or higher, current licensure where applicable, adult-learning teaching ability, strong communication skills, travel to clinical sites, and at least one year of management experience; higher education, curriculum-writing experience, and three years of management experience are preferred.
