Description
ARCO is hiring a Construction Application Analyst to lead technical aspects of enterprise construction applications, including Procore and its integrations. The role provides system monitoring and end-user support, resolves issues, leads continuous improvement and feature-request projects, develops training and documentation, partners with technology teams, researches construction-system advancements, and builds Power BI dashboards using APIs, iPaaS, RaaS, and Postman. The position requires a bachelor's degree focused on business and computers, AI experience, 2–4 years of non-supervisory technical experience, cloud application implementation and support experience, root-cause analysis skills, and strong cross-departmental communication.
