Latino Legends is hiring a remote Construction Assistant as an independent contractor to support active residential rehabilitation and new-home construction projects. The role manages vendor bidding, scopes of work, contractor documentation, permits, inspections, invoices, project files, and contractor accountability through phone outreach. The position is scheduled Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM MST, pays $1,500–$1,750 USD per month, and includes 80 hours of paid time off, U.S. holidays, and holiday bonuses.
