Description
The Assistant Project Manager supports the Project Manager and field leadership in executing facade restoration, waterproofing, roofing, concrete, and interior projects. The role manages project documentation, RFIs, submittals, permits, meeting minutes, procurement follow-up, cost tracking, billing support, change orders, schedule coordination, vendor communication, and project closeout. It is a full-time position with compensation of 85,000–110,000 and requires experienced-level experience in a similar construction or specialty-construction role.
