Description
The Assistant Project Manager will support the delivery of commercial stair systems, railings, structural steel, and architectural metal projects across the Mid-Atlantic region. Responsibilities include project planning, scheduling, budgeting, milestone tracking, submittal and fabrication monitoring, procurement and subcontractor coordination, documentation, safety, quality control, client communications, and change order support. The role requires 1–3 years of construction or project coordination experience, the ability to read architectural and engineering drawings, strong organizational skills, Microsoft 365 proficiency, and knowledge of construction processes and safety standards; a bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred. Compensation is $60,000 to $70,000 plus bonus.
