Description
M/I Homes is hiring a Construction Superintendent to learn and develop construction supervision skills under Construction Managers or Construction Area Managers. The role coordinates on-site construction activities, performs quality inspections, reviews blueprints, schedules subcontractors, monitors work quality and progress, performs minor repairs, communicates with homeowners, and supports warranty, customer care, sales, and safety processes. The position requires construction knowledge, blueprint reading, tool use, customer-service communication, adaptability, and decision-making; a construction management degree is preferred, while at least three years of related work experience or training is also acceptable.
