Description
The Audit Team Leader coordinates and plans quarterly audits and mystery visits, manages and supports auditors and mystery visitors, analyzes audit results, contributes to the code of conduct, and independently conducts construction-site audits and advisory discussions. The role requires coaching and leadership experience, familiarity with construction sites and team communication, and strong communication skills. It offers a temporary contract with possible permanent employment, a 32–40-hour week with two days of flexibility to work from home, and a monthly salary of €4,000–€5,000.
