Description
The role is a construction billing and accounting specialist responsible for preparing site measurements and invoices, reviewing scope-of-work documents and change orders, settling construction services, tracking project changes, monitoring costs, and maintaining project data in IT systems. The position requires technical or commercial construction training, several years of construction billing and accounting experience, knowledge of VOB Parts B and C, quantity take-offs, change-order and invoice-processing experience, and proficiency with construction billing software, AVA programs, and Excel. It is a permanent contract with performance-based pay and benefits including pension contributions, equipment, mobility discounts, and development programs.
