Moffatt & Nichol is hiring a Construction Inspector / Bridge Inspector for its Norfolk, Virginia office to inspect bridges, transportation structures, and other construction work; evaluate contractor workmanship, materials, compliance, and quality; coordinate with contractors and engineers; prepare reports, records, RFIs, and shop-drawing reviews; and assist with bridge inspections. The role requires a civil or construction engineering degree, EIT status, transportation-related inspection experience, and availability by the end of November 2026. It is an office-and-field position with a base salary of $31.00 to $43.00 per hour for candidates working in the Virginia market.
