Bedrock Robotics is hiring a Construction Business Development Manager to own and grow design-partner relationships with general contractors and earthwork subcontractors. The role sources, qualifies, closes, coordinates deployments, and manages ongoing partnerships while spending time on active job sites, navigating procurement and subcontracting requirements, and translating field feedback into product and commercial strategy. The position requires at least 10 years of construction, earthwork, or heavy-civil experience, 2+ years of construction-technology experience, substantial business-development experience, and heavy travel; candidates may reside in San Francisco, Austin, Texas, or work remotely.
