Ter Steege Bouw Vastgoed Apeldoorn is hiring an experienced Estimator to translate construction plans, drawings, and assumptions into reliable cost calculations and estimates from the initial design phase. The role involves identifying costs, opportunities, and risks; requesting and assessing supplier and subcontractor quotations; advising on construction methods and materials; and collaborating with project managers, work planners, and developers. Candidates need at least mbo+/hbo-level education, extensive construction-estimating experience, knowledge of construction costs and quotations, strong analytical and communication skills, and an independent, solution-oriented approach.
