Techsharks is hiring an Electrical Technician to work across various process and manufacturing companies. The role involves independently locating and resolving electrical and hydraulic faults, performing maintenance and preventive maintenance, monitoring quality, managing systems, and proposing improvements. Candidates need completed MBO level 4 education in electrical engineering or equivalent, production-environment experience, teamwork, and the ability to work quickly and calmly in a busy environment; PLC experience is advantageous but not required. The gross base salary is €3,200–€4,500, with company-car or travel-allocation options, training support, and career progression opportunities.
