The Senior Claims Consultant provides claims advocacy for design and construction clients, analyzing complex professional liability and general liability claims, investigating coverage disputes, advising on insurance programs, coordinating claims management, and developing resolution and claims programs. The role requires strong analytical, communication, negotiation, organizational, and Microsoft Office skills, along with insurance claims, reserving, coverage, and regulatory knowledge; travel, confidentiality, and availability for meetings and overtime are also required.
