SMABTP is hiring a Construction Claims Manager to join its Toulouse claims management teams and handle amicable indemnity files for construction risk. The role involves investigating, analyzing, negotiating, and settling insurance claims; involving the company in settlement operations; participating in expert assessments or conciliation meetings; and maintaining customer satisfaction. The position requires knowledge of construction insurance contracts and applicable legal rules, along with negotiation, drafting, synthesis, and relationship-management skills.
