Turner & Townsend is hiring a Construction Project Commissioning Manager to work on a hyperscale data center in the Cedar Rapids, Iowa area. The role provides owner’s representation and project management services, oversees quality and commissioning reporting, inspections, vendor and contractor programs, testing procedures, punch-list closeout, RFIs, submittals, integrator QA/QC, site visits, status reporting, and construction risk assessments. A bachelor’s degree is preferred, while 5–8 years of relevant experience is required; commissioning and quality-control experience on complex projects is required, and data-center commissioning experience is preferred. The position is full time and onsite, with relocation assistance available, and applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
