Description
The role reviews contract documents, supports construction and project management on contractual issues and variation orders, prepares correspondence, manages variation-order negotiations with clients, developers, and subcontractors, and develops contract-management processes. It requires a relevant degree, knowledge of contract and variation-order management and construction contract law, experience with VOB on complex large-scale projects, independent working style, teamwork, and excellent German skills.
