The role oversees budgets, costs, margins, progress, certifications, invoicing, change and claims, subcontractors, purchasing, labor productivity, risks, reporting, and project closeout. It is based at the Mexico office, requires a university-level engineering or technical qualification and 6–8 years of relevant experience, and offers a permanent contract with performance-linked incentives.
