99 Ranch Market is hiring a full-time Construction Coordinator in Brooklyn, New York, to support construction, renovation, and facility improvement projects from planning through completion. The role coordinates contractors, vendors, architects, engineers, landlords, store operations, and internal teams; tracks schedules, milestones, inspections, punch lists, costs, permits, documentation, and project closeout; and resolves issues across stakeholders. The position requires strong organization, communication, analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills, along with English-Chinese bilingual ability and authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship. Compensation is $23.00 to $25.00 per hour, with medical, vision, dental, life insurance, retirement matching, paid time off, and other benefits.
