Description
The Construction Coordinator manages home rehabilitation and new construction projects through grants and loan programs, coordinating with city program coordinators, vendors, contractors, residents, and city officials. Responsibilities include preparing work scopes and bids, managing permits and documentation, conducting inspections, selecting materials, tracking budgets and project progress, preparing reports, and supporting administrative and cross-training activities. The role is 60% field and 40% office, requires a high school diploma or GED, Microsoft Office experience, and a valid Texas driver’s license, and expects at least 40 hours per week.
