The role manages construction-site operations in and around Berlin, supervising 20–30 installation personnel, subcontractors, and external companies, and monitoring costs, schedules, performance, inspections, documentation, defect rectification, and client meetings. It requires technician, master-craftsperson, or engineer training or senior installer or construction-manager experience, HVAC or plumbing knowledge, customer-oriented communication, and a Class B driver's license.
