TKDA is hiring a Construction Coordinator, also referred to as a Radio Car Operator, to monitor airfield vehicular activity, provide vehicle escorts, coordinate movement and closure activities with air traffic control and airport stakeholders, monitor construction and airfield operations for security and safety compliance, and assist with inspections and emergency response. The role is primarily seasonal, with approximately 40–50 hours per week during peak construction season from April through November, and requires day and evening shifts, occasional weekends and holidays, and a valid driver’s license. The position requires at least ten years of experience in law enforcement, security operations, or emergency response management, and offers medical, dental, vision, life insurance, HSA contributions, a 401(k) match, paid time off, and an employee stock ownership plan.
