Description
Agnico Eagle is hiring an Upper Beaver Underground Construction Engineer to provide engineering design, planning, coordination, and oversight for underground construction projects, including vent raises, dewatering infrastructure, bulkheads, electrical substations, and other permanent infrastructure. The role coordinates construction and operations teams, manages handovers and commissioning, supports procurement and quality control, prepares drawings and cost estimates, monitors project progress, and provides field support. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in mine engineering or equivalent, P.Eng eligibility, at least 10 years of mining or construction experience including 5 years in underground mining, CAD design software familiarity, and strong problem-solving and organizational skills. The schedule is 4/3 at the Upper Beaver Project in Dobie, Ontario.
