The role prepares and records measurement reports, calculates construction sites from plans, CAD, and 3D models, supports construction management with cost control, and prepares quantity take-offs. It requires a civil engineering degree or construction technician qualification, experience in construction cost accounting or estimation, and proficiency with modern construction engineering software and RIB iTwo.
