Description
The role prepares and records on-site measurements, closes out construction sites, monitors costs, prepares monthly performance reports, compares plans to actuals, determines quantities, reviews subcontractor and supplier invoices, and implements performance specifications and construction descriptions. Candidates need a civil engineering, construction technician, or comparable professional qualification, or several years of experience, along with numerical aptitude, reliability, creativity, flexibility, independence, and teamwork.
