Description
GMB GmbH is hiring a Construction Cost Estimator to independently prepare cost estimates for bids, contracts, and variations; analyze tender documents, bills of quantities, and technical drawings; perform quantity take-offs; evaluate subcontractor and supplier offers; determine schedules, resources, equipment deployment, and cost structures; and contribute to negotiations and internal approvals. The role requires a relevant civil or business engineering degree, several years of construction cost estimation experience, estimating software proficiency, knowledge of VOB and relevant standards, strong analytical and communication skills, a class B driving license, and experience with claims and variation orders.
