Description
Zachry is hiring a Construction Craft Rep to support the Craft Supervision team on construction projects across multiple states. The role develops and tracks Installation Work Packages, performs material takeoffs and resource estimates, coordinates with superintendents and other planners, supports scheduling and progress reporting, and helps troubleshoot field challenges. Candidates must have a high school diploma and meet one of three experience-based tracks: a Journeyman tradesperson track with at least three years of experience and one year of supervisory experience, an Engineering Track with at least three years of field experience and a four-year degree, or a Subject Matter Expert Track with at least five years of field experience. AWP training and computer skills are required, while construction engineering, scheduling, reporting, and construction-management software experience are preferred.
