Cole, Scott & Kissane is hiring a defense litigation paralegal for its Fort Lauderdale West (Plantation) office. The role requires at least five years of recent defense litigation experience, including construction-defect work, discovery responses and objections, medical and other record summarization, medical chronologies, large-document production, Adobe/Abbyy electronic production, case-management systems, billing software, and time capture.
