The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in construction management, preferably with the Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT) and the Illinois Tollway. Experience with the City of Chicago and surrounding areas is advantageous. This role involves overseeing various aspects of projects, including scope, schedule, cost, quality, communication, and resource management. Additionally, the manager will mentor junior engineers, support business development in the transportation sector, and engage in professional organizations.
