AECOM Hunt is hiring a Design Manager to lead interdisciplinary design coordination and integration on design-build and construction-management projects. The role serves as the primary liaison between design, construction, owner, trade, and regulatory stakeholders; oversees BIM/VDC coordination, deliverables, schedules, budgets, quality, compliance, constructability, and documentation; and supports value engineering and project decision-making. The position requires an on-site presence in Gary, Indiana, and offers relocation support. It requires a relevant bachelor's degree and eight years of relevant design, construction, or design-build experience, with professional licensure, DBIA certification, LEED accreditation, and large-scale project experience preferred. The position does not include United States work authorization sponsorship.
