Description
Turner & Townsend is seeking a Construction Director / Site Manager to lead the PMC's construction management organization for a brownfield expansion of an operating nickel smelter. The role oversees EPC contractors, SIMOPS and shutdown planning, mechanical completion, quality, safety, schedule performance, risk management, and the transition to commissioning and operations. It requires substantial industrial construction experience, senior site leadership experience, and prior brownfield plant expansion experience; a bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related discipline is required, while Chartered Engineer accreditation is preferred.
