HPC AG is hiring a Construction Draftsperson / Civil Engineering Designer / CAD Draftsperson for its Harburg (Schwaben) branch office on a full-time or part-time basis. The role initially involves creating geotechnical profiles and cross-sections with GeODIN, reproducing plan documents, and supporting ongoing projects; after training, the employee may also design and modify digital plans, 3D models, and digital terrain models using Autodesk Civil 3D, prepare quantity takeoffs, and work across geotechnics, land recycling, infrastructure planning, and environmental planning. Candidates should have vocational training in construction drafting or a similar occupation, relevant specialist knowledge, strong German skills, and willingness to learn; career returners are welcome.
