UCKERPLAN GmbH is hiring several Construction Draftspersons immediately for full-time or part-time work in Chorin, Schwedt, Burow, or Pasewalk, with remote work possible by agreement. The role involves apartment and building measurements, existing-condition floor plans, living-area calculations, separate-ownership certification applications, and maintenance of existing-condition drawings. Candidates need construction-draftsperson training or a comparable qualification, CAD/BIM proficiency, spatial and technical understanding, a structured independent working style, and a Class B driver's license. A vehicle is provided for measurement trips, and the work area is predominantly in Barnim, Uckermark, and the Mecklenburg Lake District.
